Chris Tobin is awarded the LIFE award

Chris Tobin was awarded a LIFE award by Group Commercial Director, Tony Matheson, for going above and beyond his job role to help an apprentice who had fallen unwell!

"Recently, one of our apprentices became unwell due to a non-work-related issue and was admitted to hospital. The situation was further complicated by the fact that he is from Ireland, with his family based there, leaving him without immediate personal support locally.

Chris stepped in to provide vital assistance during this time. He attended the hospital to support the apprentice, remaining with him late into the evening to ensure his medical needs were met. Chris also offered reassurance and emotional support, helping the apprentice feel less isolated and reminding him that he had people around him who cared and were there to support him in the absence of his family."
