Shaft Jacking
T3 Shutter Jacking Tops
Jacking tops are designed for use with wrapped or jacketed shafts. This compact jacking system, built with the same robust design as our standard jacks, features a larger overhang to accommodate the shutter and concrete wrap. The rams are operated using a hydraulic feed to and from a power pack.
'T3' jacking rams offer an extended jacking range, with a stroke of 1500mm and a maximum force of up to 40Te per top.

Jacking Tops
Designed for durability and efficiency, our compact and robust jacking system delivers forces of up to 40Te per top. Easy to install, these units are securely bolted to a concrete collar and connected to our hydraulic power packs via supply and return lines, ensuring seamless operation.
Perfect for heavy-duty applications, this system provides the strength and reliability you need for demanding projects.

Jacking Bases
Reusable jacking bases (shown here) are cast in anchors, allowing the base to be reused.
Sacrificial jacking bases are cast directly into the initial concrete collar before shaft jacking begins.
Jacking tops are then bolted to the bases, eliminating the need for casting pockets and HT bars required by other systems.

Hydraulic Power Packs
500 Litre/210 bar air-powered hydraulic power packs.
Each power pack operates up to 12 jacks, with additional power packs available for larger setups.
For added convenience, power packs can be supplied with an integral bund upon request.
